New Mexico Bound 2
Our entry into New Mexico went unmarked by atomic cellular devices and satellite radio.  We spent the week across the border suspended between two time zones, on rising it was an hour later on retiring it was an hour earlier.

We zipped through desert and pine infested reservations, a flatland except for the Mesas (Tabletops).  We later discovered, when we caught up with the science expert in our group, these were a result of some complicated volcanic reaction which is too advanced for coherent discussion in this post.

Amongst the green pines of the landscape were yellow maples and cottonwood ( plural without an “s”!) and on the way home we stopped for a photo shoot capturing this glorious picture, taken at the Alpaca farm.

Alpaca hum much to our delight.  Who can resist an adorable creature like this humming for you?

Tune in to The Sociable Homeschooler on Toginet radio, Fridays at 4pm Central.
