Nutcracker was a family tradition with our children and hubs and I participating in various roles both on and off stage.
For the last five years, while emptying the nest and traveling, we have not participated although we do sometimes play the well loved music by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky at home.
Last year after our return from England we happened by the Eisemann Centre to catch up with Tanju and Patricia Tuzer, artistic directors and Tamara Cavnar, costumer.
We were invited to stay and see the show.
That was my first time to sit in the audience and the experience was magical.
Imagine my delight when this year Daughts was asked to be a guest artist and return to perform in Tuzer Ballet’s 29th Nutcracker.
We were in the audience again watching her Go Girl!
