Vultures in Lindale…

On the morning after the Toginet staff party I went for my walk around the lake.

I’d been seeing birds circling above and hubs jokingly said,

“They’re coming for me!”

Did they know something I didn’t?

As I crossed the bridge spanning the lake I saw a bird sitting on the railing and drew closer to catch a shot.

Then I saw a flock of them on the lakeshore and as I clicked my photo they flew off.

I had the same experience with the white heron at the pond the other day.

One lone bird was left behind.
