Photo Bombing…

Malia and her dad went to the Warner Brother’s studios at Watford Junction.

A special father/daughter outing.

They spun round the Harry Potter exhibit in a couple of hours; she’s not a great reader and Dad had been before.

When they reached 4, Privet Drive,

they ate their packed lunches and watched people share the Butterbeer with grimaces.  Malia made do with coffee, Dad with water, we’d been there and done that when we took our eldest earlier this year.

Taking photographs is always a favourite hobby so they took the required ones in the Ford Anglia and pole hanging on the triple-decker bus.

Then they noticed a group of Asian friends taking a photo,

“Come on Dad, do you want to photo bomb them with me?”

The group had set up this up to the minute polaroid camera.  The photo popped out and they set it on the table to develop, Malia was intrigued and came up with a brain wave,

“I dare you to go up to them and ask to take a photo of their photo with us photo-bombing!”

Which is exactly what they did!  Hubs, using his best pigeon Japanese, explained what he wanted to do and indicated the slowly emerging picture. The Asians were bemused.

“Look!” shouted Malia, “there we are!” and sure enough the two of them were grinning mightlily behind the perfect group in the foreground.

Laughter erupted all round and they offered hubs the photo but all he wanted was a photo of the photo he was bombing!

Look closely this year at your holiday shots, it’s a new and growing sport!

And here’s a collage of Malia with the chess pieces to round off the outing, called being silly!
